Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination. You can calculate exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart and entering your address at checkout. The shipping cost will be updated and displayed in your total costs.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays like New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (may be longer during holiday seasons).

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $5.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days (longer during holiday seasons).

Late Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing address information (apartment, floor, unit number)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to update tracking information. If tracking details are missing, it may mean the carrier has not yet processed the package.

Multiple Items

If you ordered multiple items and received only one, rest assured the others are on their way. Items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

Multiple Addresses & APO/FPO Delivery

We do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders. We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, but note that shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days due to military mail system processes. Tracking updates may not be available once the package is within the military system.
