How to Request a Refund

Returns
You do not need to return wrong or defective items. Refunds for these cases are usually processed in 2-3 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns if:
- The order did not arrive due to incorrect address or missed delivery.
- Delays or losses are due to customs issues, natural disasters, or items marked as “delivered.”
Cancellation Policy
Customers have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation. A 10% fee applies. After 24 hours, we cannot process cancellations as production will have begun.

Exchanges and Repairs
