HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Select your desired charm style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We will prepare your charm order and notify you once it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. International orders may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If it still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely assistance.
